https://www.bb.com.tr and its operator Bilişim Bilgisayar Elektronik Endüstri ve Ofis Otomasyon Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. respects your privacy and values data security. In this context, this document has been prepared to inform and enlighten you in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") and other relevant legislation.

Information
The Law on the Protection of Personal Data, numbered 6698, was adopted on March 24, 2016, and entered into force on April 7, 2016, after being published in the Official Gazette. According to Article 32 of the Law, the 8th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th articles of this Law came into effect as of October 7, 2016.

The purpose of the Law is to regulate the processing of personal data to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to determine the obligations of real and legal persons processing personal data and the principles and procedures they must follow. Therefore, this document is prepared to fulfill the obligation to inform arising from the Law and is presented for the information and review of visitors under the title "Protection of Personal Data and Personal Data Sharing Permission."

Processing of Your Personal Data
The processing of your personal data refers to any operation performed on data, whether wholly or partially automated or not, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying, or using data in any way.

Data Controller and Representative
According to the Law, your personal data may be processed by https://www.bb.com.tr and its operator Bilişim Bilgisayar as the data controller. Our company is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, establishing and managing the data recording system. It declares that it will register as the data controller when the Data Controllers Registry is opened.

Processing Purposes of Your Data
Your personal data is processed by our company for the following purposes: ensuring the provision of products and services offered by our company, conducting necessary operational activities within our company to provide you with products and services tailored to your liking, usage habits, and needs; ensuring the establishment, application, and realization of our company's commercial decisions; taking necessary steps for the human resources management provided by our company; ensuring the legal security of individuals and our company resulting from these relationships; and beyond, with the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Your Processed Personal Data May Be Used for the Following Purposes:

  • Communicating with you and others as part of the business.
  • Sending important information about changes in our service terms, changes in our electronic services, and other administrative information.
  • Providing improvement in quality, education, and security (e.g., related to recorded or monitored phone conversations to our communication numbers).
  • Resolving complaints and processing requests for data access or correction.
  • Managing our infrastructure and commercial activities; auditing, finance, and accounting; billing and collections; information systems; and records, document, and print management, including complying with internal policies and procedures.
  • Determining and defending legal rights; ensuring our activities or those of our business partners, protecting our rights, privacy, security, property, and/or limiting our damage.
  • Conducting market research and analysis, including satisfaction surveys.
  • Facilitating the social media sharing function.
  • Personalizing your experience with electronic services by presenting you with specific information and advertisements.

Transfer of Processed Personal Data and Processing Reasons

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the scope of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and individuals within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

The method of collecting personal data and its legal reason; your personal data is collected by our company through various channels and based on various legal reasons to carry out our commercial activities. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred within the scope of the purposes specified in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this text and can be processed and transferred based on the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner as Stated in Article 11 of the Law

As personal data owners, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if your personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing personal data, and whether they are used for their intended purpose. You also have the right to know third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad, request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions specified in the Law. You have the right to object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, you can submit your requests regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned rights by the following methods. The Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, so you must submit your application to our Company in writing according to Article 11 of the Law. In this context, for the applications you will make within the scope of the 11th article of the Law, you can fill out the contact form on https://www.bb.com.tr, deliver a signed copy of the form in person to Erciyes Technopark 4th Building No:67/33 Melikgazi/KAYSERİ with identity-determining documents, send it via notary or other methods specified in the Law, or send the relevant form with a secure electronic signature to info@bb.com.tr.
