1-Our Recruitment Process
At B&B Human Resources, our fundamental goal in the recruitment process is to position the right candidate in the right position. In this regard, we evaluate candidates based on our "Core Competencies" and continue our process with candidates who may be suitable for our company culture.
What are the Stages of Our IT Recruitment Process?
Our recruitment process starts with the identification of the need for an employee, collecting and evaluating applications for this need. After evaluating the applications, interview organizations are conducted with suitable candidates, and department interviews are organized with candidates who have successfully completed the process.
Specific inventories (Personality Inventory, Professional Tests, etc.) are applied in these interviews. For some of our tasks within our company, project and presentation stages are added to our interview processes. Candidates who are positively evaluated in these processes are offered a job, and the process is concluded.

2-Pay Management
At B&B, our Salary Management considers the salaries of all our colleagues and all employees in the sector, and it is structured in an international framework supported by fair and competitive policies.
Our Salary Management is based on job grades, job evaluations, and local salary surveys. Job evaluations are done independently of the person, depending on the content of the work done, its contribution to company goals, and the level of responsibility it undertakes.
After each evaluated job position, salary policies are determined according to their grades, and competitive and fair salary policies are applied by evaluating local salary surveys. Our salary policy varies based on our current salary structures, the dynamic structure of the market, competition, and the individual's performance.
3-Performance Management
At B&B, a 360-degree performance evaluation system is applied, aiming to measure and analyze our competencies and the business processes we carry out.
With our 360-degree performance evaluation system, which is carried out every 6 months, development plans are prepared for our employees, and efforts are made to support the development of our employees.
4-Education and Career Development
At B&B, for the personal and professional development of our employees, "Employee Development Plans" are prepared according to the results of periodic competency and performance evaluations. We plan training for our employees and provide all the necessary support for their development.
